Hello! It’s been a while. Changes have come. How can I even explain to you what has happened these past couple months. Seems to be the usual on my walk with Christ. To give you an update, I am now home from leading in Costa Rica. It was so clear in that season that the LORD has called me to discipleship. To lead others on their walks with Christ. To lead those young men was an honor, and to them if they may see this, thank you. I am extremely proud of you and my heart fills with joy when I pray for you. To the World Race, thank you for cultivating a community that is after a Spirit-filled life. To my supporters. Those who have partnered with me financially and in prayer. I can’t thank you enough. I can’t show my appreciation enough. You have made it possible for a young, broken, scared young man to come to Christ and find that he is called a son of God.

I am enamored by the way my path has gone. By the life I’ve already gotten to live. These past several years have been so filling. And amidst all this, I still come to God’s throne room and find my deepest love. The deepest longing of my heart. To meet Him in the throne room. To spend time in His presence. There is nothing sweeter. It will never get old.

So where am I now? Well… I am at the end. The end of my time with the World Race as I know it. But for me. Well with Jesus, it is just the beginning. This life is such an honor to have. I am secured in the salvation Jesus provides, but also grateful that I have this time on earth before I go.

If you are unaware, I am engaged. Deeply in love with the woman that God has brought into my life to be my wife. We met on the mission trip, two months after we got engaged, and May 30th will be the day we get married. What a blessing it has been to walk alongside my sweet Chloe. I have been able to step deeper into Christ’s love in the sweet, (also hard!) walk in a relationship. I am working at Starbucks. I get to see college students day after day at Clemson. To remember their names. To give them warm smiles. To show them the love of Jesus every opportunity I get. To encourage my co-workers. Every person I meet is an opportunity to share with them the gift I have been given. The gift they can have too!

So what will happen with my blog? I am going to use a different outlet which is undecided right now. I will be emailing those who are subscribed to my blogs as I make new ones to keep you along with the journey. To be a place of encouragement for you in the way I see God work in my life and this world. So stay tuned to your inbox as this shift comes, but for now, I’m signing off of the World Race blog. Thank you for reading. Thank you for loving. Keep on persevering in making change in this world. You have been given the power in Jesus Christ! Peace be with you all!
